In a way, Airsoft is similar to paintball, but the Airsoft projectiles don't leave any visible markings on the target, so the hits aren't always obvious or noticeable. However, the Airsoft projectiles, or 'pellets', can cause bruises on the skin, so wearing protective gear is common and highly recommended. In Airsoft, the honor system is usually a major factor of gameplay, meaning that when a player is hit with a pellet, they have a moral or ethical obligation to call themselves out, which is typically done simply by shouting 'Hit!' Airsoft gameplay can be casual or structured in a highly organized game with missions and objectives. Here in NoUt we have organized games every other weekend. Some of the gamplay is free and sometimes there is a fee charged. For casual free games, one airsoft player is appointed the "host." It is the Hosts responsibiliby to organize the individual games played throughout the day by selecting teams and letting airsoft player know the rules. I had a friend translate this for me. ありがとうございました! Airsoft sniper rifles can be very inconsistent. My single shot, at least in this case, shows that I am getting some skill in understand airsoft ballistics and my gun.

@Александр сталин Of course it is. Exercise is to engage in physical activity to sustain or improve health and fitness. By stating that I'm in motion earlier you agreed that being in motion is exercise. I've lost weight playing airsoft. What is your definition of exercise then?

@Александр сталин An excuse is a reason or explanation put forward to defend or justify a fault or offense. I don't need to defend myself or anyone else that plays airsoft because it NOT an offense or fault. You are correct about moving around is a basic human function and if you are toning muscles and burning tons of calories while doing it, its called exercise. LOL LOL LOL

@Александр сталин and also the most basic exercise, you don't need to lift 50kg weights for 3 hours per day and run 200km a week to be in shape, you just need to do and form of activity to lose weight

@Александр сталин How am I not staying in shape. It doesn't matter what you wear for any activity. The point is activity! For 4 hours per week I'm moving around. It doesn't matter what you wear or what the activity is, its still exercise and I bet everyone here will agree with me, well except you.

@Александр сталин Oh heck yeah dude, I sling plastic about 6 hours per week. I could be out causing trouble but instead I shoot BBs that cost less than a cent with a $1000 airsoft sniper rifle, and when I put it like that it just about sums it up, LOL!

@FNG Waffles And I lost 90 lbs playing it. That's why I play it, to lose weight and get in shape. I'm an electronic engineer and sit on my butt all day long scrubbing the top of my desk with a mouse. Actually I thought his comments are funny.
