Kurze frage von einem österreicher. Um eine airsoft waffe mit über 0.5 joule muss man einen waffenschein haben, oder? Und wass ist wenn eine waffe um 0.5 verkauft wird, sie jedoch 1 joule hat? Hab einen amazon review gesehen der gesagt hat dass sie ihm abgenommen wurde (von der polizei) weil es 1 Joule hat obwohl sie für 0.5 joule verkauft würde, und er anscheinend eine anzeige bekam.

Das Gas ist wegen der Sättigung nicht explodiert. Es muss ein gewisser Anteil an Gas und normaler Luft vorhanden sein um das Gemisch explosiv zu machen. Ansonsten ist das Gemisch entweder zu fett oder zu mager und kann nicht explodieren.

How do you want to do this when you but the gun against the goggles. You will never see someone putting a rifle against your skin and pull the trigger and when you do it will be something allot smaller like a pistol. You should do this like it was in real life on almost the same distance

Just to get this in context, 5 Joule is the same as about 3.5 ft/lb, way under the limit for a UK air pistol, which are pretty anemic things themselves.

In a game in PT, after the game we came back to the cars and people were in frenzy looking for someone who smashed the car windows and tore up some gear... Turns out it was a gas can that exploded inside a bag lol. It cut the bag and smashed the window and spread BBs and stuff everywhere

RAGE GAMES as soon as it is out on the barrel there is no more acceleration. The only reason not to shoot point blank is that air in front of bb has to escape freely

In airsoft, you'll be fine with around 3 or 4x zoom. You don't have to have 9 or 10x but it doesn't hurt

On a related note on joules. Bought a PTS Radian Mod 1 GBBR. Love it, fires great. One problem though, it fires hot at over 400 fps over 1.5 up to 2 joules. And the most interesting part is that it depends on the mag somehow. Out of 6 mags, one would fire at about 410-420 fps at over 1.5 joules, 2 of other mags would fire at over 450 fps at 1.7 and a little over 2 joules, while another 3 of the mags would fire less than 400 fps at 1.5 joules and below.
