Looks cool but it's sad that this is a fake. Here are the reasons why: Firstly if it was a real M16 then the grip is a lot longer. Secondly, the stock has a special thing under it that you can pull so that the stock can go back to adjust but here the whole this is in 1 part and can't pull back because it's a model. Thirdly, the gun would have been VERY rusty and it would take more than a bit of water and a sponge to clean it (I have experience with rust). This could be that you covered it in mud or something like that. I think you just put it on a pile of junk and 'found' it there. If it was real and it was truly lying there for years then it would have been taken ages ago. And lastly, the ammunition would still be inside the mag but the shells seem to be empty (probably for airsoft pellets).

This is not an angry comment so please don't be offended if you read this. You seem to know how to do all of this and i'm sure you can restore a real M16 rifle so if you find one please make a video about it I know you can!!!

As cool as this is that’s an ar 15 you can tell by the adjustable stock the m16 had a non removable fixed stock and the barrel shroud on an m16 would be tapered toward the front

That was dangerous to pull the trigger in the beginning. You should never pull the trigger on a gun no matter what. You only aim at something your about to shoot or destroy. The same rules go for an airsoft gun. Never pull the trigger on a abandoned Gun. Also you never know who the original person used that gun for. So this is a lesson to people out there especially kids. If you’re a kid and you find a Gun call 911.

fake as always, the restoration is fake you just buyed the same shitty airsoft replica, disassembled it and reassemble it pretending it's restored. the noodle trick is fake, it never worked like that. also when you apply the paint, you clearly see the dent made by the "repair" on the plastic that miraculously disapear when you reassemble it... so yeah fake from start to finish. as usual on this channel. how people can be so stupid to believe that guy actually restore anything with crappy tools and pain.

wake up guys not even one video is authentic, all are fake and edited with brand new or working stuff afterward to pretend. you want real restoration go check youtuber like odd tinkering or Restore & Rebuild thoise guys first are legit, now what they are doing and don't try to scam people with fake bullshit. nuff said.

Dude do you know how dangerous that was at the start! Pulling the trigger. As a licencesd weapon user, you should treat a gun as if it is live even if it doesnt have rounds or is rusty.(I know this is an airsoft gun but some same rules still apply) And there were rounds in the Mag If the firing pin was still attached to the trigger and those bullets were live, then there could possibly have been a boom.If its a real weapon Im not being a hater im just stating some advice to anyone who reads this as this is a very serious matter. @Draco Malfoy hate to be that guy but, the M16 is a rifle, the m4 is a carbine, very different, carbines are usually smaller and less accurate but faster fire rate, you’re right, but those are by far not the only differences.
