I agree on the Hudson. As soon as the real steel company went out of business, the airsoft version should have been retrofitted to be a reskin of a different, proven airsoft pistol to ensure owners would be able to get replacement parts/mags for them. I understand that might have required the scaling to be off a bit from the real steel, but at least then it wouldn't be a pistol you buy, use till it breaks, and finally turn into a paperweight because it can't be fixed.

I think people who willingly lay down $500+ for a made in Japan or China airsoft gun are as foolish as guys willing to drop $300+ for a mosin nagant rifle..

The vector and mp7 being more than $350 is the most disappointing thing to me.

I get that internals may be good, but I swear half the price is the "you're gonna have to pay extra because we're the apple(jobs era) of airsoft"

Ive heard we are getting a pp2000, and an Sv98, so when we getting an AEK 971 or a gbb mp443. Or a mk19? Plenty of mk18s, why not a 19?

I disagree on the Springer versions of the Fabarm shottys...I have two of them and they absolutely wreck indoor cqb environment scenarios.....100' in these are death....at least mine are anyways

4.I like it, but the launch was executed just poorly and also to this day I don´t have access to the Gas Version in the country of Germany....eh
3.I don´t like the Arp 9, the Gold version...it´s like those apple Pcs that were rereleased in fruity colours.
2.Like that GGB, but too Vanilla.Still my fav. of the list performancewise.

With all the promise of its appearance, its price has risen, like Pinocchio's nose.
Not compatible with anything we know. We did not receive a full review.
We don't really know anything about it.
According to the short description (which is not exactly narcissistic): aluminium slide, "approx" 260 FPS with green gas (WTF?); "iconic licenced", very exclusive club price (1288$), limited edition pistol with 99 pieces, but they didn't sell as many in two months...

TM recoil shock MK46 is definitely a huge disappointment for me. Cool gun, great engineering, I love tm, but that price tag puts it out of my reach forever :(((

6) Titan batteries. Literally, laptop Li-ions being massively over-sold in terms of their performance capabilities, and I think it was ~5x more expensive than what it cost to buy the parts needed to build the packs yourself ( cells + wire + connectors ). Find a good Lipo battery manufacturer and big-up their products, don't jump in bed with a company selling low-end batteries that are barely suitable for stock AEGS, let alone anything upgraded.

The new reaper version of the jag ATMs scattergun and the models only sold on airsoft gi. Just why? Why is there no spas 12, spas 15, m870 from siege, ksg, or any other cool shotgun. They just remade the super cqb model with different grips. Wish there could be more unqiue models, especially a spas 12 or supernova with real wood.

Dante Barchiesi most of those make sense, but the m870 from siege literally doesn’t exist in real life. The closest thing to it is an airsoft g&p single shot shotgun. Just wanted to point that out

Type 89 looks great on YouTube videos, but I agree. I've never seen anyone at a game with one and none of stores I buy from stock them, even if they stock everything else Marui. Very odd indeed.

EMG gbb pistols would be alot better if they were oem'ed by KJW instead of WE Tech.... I'm cool on spending $200 on the Combat Master just because it's licensed when I can buy a WE 5.1 for $100 and the Hudson H9 is cool looking but also way overpriced for what it is internally...
And with the GHK MK18 yes it's been a long time coming and alot of other companies did it already BUT none of those companies were GHK and that's why i picked one up

The Redwolf MG34 made by Viva Arms. It is the same one Viva Arms sold about 6 years ago but now it is nearly 3 times the price from before, just because RW Marketing.
So that's the biggest let down this year for me.

You are right! The high price for that baby would be ok than the quality would be OK. But that MG34 wobbling and has no such cool features like a G&G MG42! I miss on the RWA MG34 the Semi/Full Trigger. I miss the safety and I miss a gadget like changing a barrel! For me is the RWA MG34 in a Price range of a A&K M60.

@Luxe Guns Hmm I'm feeling sorry for your mg34, but nearly all (not all) airsoft were cheap Chinese gearboxes back in the day. Today even low end stuff has generally grown better. An old friend had it too and had no problems running it, but maybe he got lucky.
My point being this price tag isn't justified imo. What are we looking at? What got really an upgrade? The only thing I can see of "fundamental" is the gearbox and piston assembly being proprietary and "upgraded". Let's be honest, the most expensive part to make isn't the internals but the external shell. The price is just a premium because "some ppl are ready to pay for it".
I'm not raging, just sad. (And thx for your exp)

I have the original one mate and to be fair, the RWA version had completely different internals than the VIVA ARMS one. I bought the original one and it had a cheap Chinasoft gearbox that broke within 2 days and I had to swap everything out which cost me as much as the gun, and it still never really worked because the new gearbox had different tolerances. Can't comment on the redwolf version but the original VIVA one was more a looker than a shooter.

I love the classic models of AK - the "tacticool" versions is simply not a "real" AK IMHO

And the only "miss" I can think of, is how I miss seeing an airsoft version of the Sig P320 X-Carry, (or at least a copy of it)....

It could bring Paintballers to the arisoft community and then they become fully devoted milsim players.

Also there are speedsoft player who like to use guns that they like, like me, and so I will use whatever I want.
I won´t overshot or use the double trigger to annoy the shit out of somebody, but if someone comes and critizises my choice of gun in a way that is unintelligent, I will ignore him.

That being said, you are perfectly welcome to have your own opinion, so I´d like to know why you don´t like the ssg1.
Maybe you can convince me, that you´re right and I was wrong and didn´t notice something.
