4:40 ... eeww, yall see how "notchy" that bolt pull was? When he pulls the bolt to the rear, it catches on something back there. I guess DD bolt guns were never known for their bolt "smoothness", but that seems odd. It happens both times he fires.

Yes. If the suppressor is integrated into the rifle, the entire rifle is considered an NFA/Class 3 item.

I would like to know if the skunkworks rifle can be purchased by a civilian sence it's internally suppressed. With out a suppressor license. Or does it fall into the shrouded category making it available to all.

I'd expect it'd require a tax stamp like any other suppressor--$200 and a several-month wait. If the $15+k price tag I saw is accurate, the extra $200 isn't a big deal, but the time is a pain.

Top 3 for who? Nothing but marketing hype for the ignorant that want to be separated from their cash. These are NOT hunting configurations. Admittedly I have two such platforms. Built and assembled personally for a third of what is being stated. They can be used for hunting game but they're not practical for that purpose. Want an affordable (<$650) /accurate platform with a scope? Look towards Savage.

One of these days, I hope, someone will realize that not everyone wants a light weight rifle. The new light weight stuff is fabulous and I'm glad to see it. It needs to be built. A Hellcat is not for everyone, and neither is light weight, nor heavy weight either. I believe we need ALL of it!!

These are all nice rifles for sure. But the price range makes them WAY out of range for the average guy therefore limiting the amount of guys that will purchase one. You would think that Davidson guy would know this already (gunwerks). You can build the nicest rifle in town but if it’s really really expensive you won’t sell many plus you put a S&B scope on it! Yeah. Way way over kill. Davidson needs to step back and build a budget friendly rifle and I bet things will really take off. Worked for Bergara!!

The features and materials used in these rifles are for a very specific buyer, and if that’s not you then that’s fine. Get a poster and drool I guess, or save up and buy one one day, or shoot your ‘just-as-good’ Remington 700 happily and don’t think about these stupid, expensive things.

I have a T3x in .308 and it is a gem. I have under $1,400 in it and it is worth every penny. Weighs 8.8 lbs with scope and extra ammo holder on butt stock, for a total of 12 rounds.

The only truly obtainable one is the Daniel defense for commoners. Id still say "The fix" by Q is better.
The other gunwerks are over 10k guns. So if you got 10-13k laying around. More power to you lol

@JM I don't have a problem with ammo, I hand load my rounds. I've been a life fan of 308. I even made fun of the 6.5 because it was new and I didn't know it. After shooting a 6.5 I fell in love with it. I make my rounds just a bit hotter then box ammo because the 6.5 starts to tumble at 1400 yards. I shoot at a mile so it does great with a little more pep behind it. Hope that helps.

My 600$ savage model 10 is a sub .5 Moa gun. No guarantees or anything but I consistently get under half inch groups at 100 yards. And again I only paid 600$.

Just bought a delta 5 pro in 6.5 a bit ago. Already hitting 2 foot targets out to a mile. Well worth the money. Haven't had a problem with it at all. Plus it has a lifetime warranty. Best purchase of 2021 so far.
