I used a material called EVA Foam, there are a ton of tutorials out there for benniner cosplayers on how to make really awesome sets of armor out of the stuff!

Sorry for not replying I forgot to come back and check the comments on this vid lol. To be embarrasingly honest, I just used hot glue to attach the sights. I've since taken them off and am looking into a more permanent solution.

I used EVA foam pads to make the armor, then I coated it in a few layers of Plastidip spray to make it a little more durable. After that I painted it and then attached the various pouches, molle, and pistol holster. EVA foam is super easy to make armor out of if you wanted to make your own! The helmet is 3D printed and can withstand up to 400fps at point-blank range before showing a little bit of damage. And last but not least, the Assault Rifle is the Evike Chrono Blaster with several modifications like a new paintjob, iron sights, rails, and a thread adapter to accommodate flash hiders and suppressors.
