P.S. I really like these styles of videos and I think you should keep doing them and to make it really cool would be to have the same categories but different people to see the wide aray of interest of guns.
Most airsoft replicas are 6mm. Very few are 8mm, and even fewer have some other caliber. It's a safe bet that if it's airsoft, it uses 6mm BB's.

Spring, it's hard to beat the TM G-Spec (which can be upgraded later, but performs great OOTB) - https://www.evike.com/products/31690/
So over a grand for a nice k98 or getting an airsoft one for a fraction of the cost. And you can play sport with it too. Its an excellent trade off and its a good change of pace at the field. (Given I use full metal and real wood STG44 and M712 as my main stuff. It's nice change of pace)

its still smoothbore airgun firing 6mm plastic BB, unlike real guns there is zero difference between freefloat barrel of a "sniper rifle" and lets say an AUG and there isnt the advantage of consistent lockup of a bolt gun, because that isnt a factor in airsoft guns at all ...
Granted, you can make an AEG that can outrange almost any stock sniper, but when you really put work into a sniper (and know what you're doing), yhe difference is night and day.
