I have always battled whether to choose between an A1 or the A4. The A4 is more attachment friendly, but the A1 has a more survivor-in-a-zombie-movie-or-gun-smuggling look to it and I could make it look like a A2, which is my favorite variation of the M16

In real steel this would be an A4 with an A2 fore end on it. The real M16A3 had a fixed carry handle like the A2, but had semi/ full auto instead of semi/ burst like the A2.

The front sight might obstruct part of the view. Lots of users will 'Co-Witness' the sights so that the dot of the optic aligns with the front sight post.

Like having a shotgun and going over the 18in barrel. And having an 8in barrel shotgun. In my opinion it's just the way you want it but having a 1ft sniper barrel is really dependent on the situation and why would you even have that. Carry a m4a1 with an acog red dot scope and suppressor and extra 30rnd magazines not clips.

My brother got this airsoft gun and actually there is a good amount of parts that are loose. I also got a M1 Garand airsoft rifle and it stopped working the 2nd day I had it and parts were super loose. We got them all from Evike, I’m not saying it’s Evike’s fault but there has been a drop in quality from what I’ve seen

necessary or not, i always prefer long gun to "sbr" even if you can take an sbr and put a long inner barrel on it, and hide it with a supressor

long barrel with a plain stock: for me it's very pleasant to aim, and shoulder. Standard rifle, no aimpoint or scope, just your plain rifle, it's very fun to use in fact. the satisfaction is there when you can out a dude with an 1200 euros hk g28 DMR or a full scope marui stuff sniper bolt action with an AKs74, or a dude with an battleship m4 with upgraded stock and stuff
even on CQB, you can take an m16 and not to be afraid of corner the angles. In fact, all your teammate can be glad to had a "full standard" dude who can cover little barrel when it comes to cross long corridor or to pass to another building full of MG's

E&Cs M16A4 is way better than this plus it really does have a 20 inch inner barrel which is a 509mm inner barrel plus the outter barrel is all one piece like the real m16 there’s no extensions just a full one piece barrel so guys buy from E&C not this phony junk

From what I've heard on barrel length, it depends on the FPS of your gun. The higher the FPS, the longer the barrel. It also depends on where you're fighting. If it's CQB of course you want a relatively shorter barrel. if you're trying to be a marksman you probably want a longer barrel.

going beyond 360mm you don't get much more efficiency for fps and barrel length doesn't directly affect accuracy. A longer sight radius is what helps accuracy and a faster travel time does too. But when you run optics and can have a 8" gun and a 20" gun at the same fps, just pick what you think is best for aesthetics or maneuverability

Long barrels I believe don't do much on range. I heard there's like a certain limit before it doesn't do anything anymore, IDK what length tho. Range? I hit significantly farther targets with my stock M16A4 than my M4.

Too bad I have an A1 or my vietnam loadout. Also on my Licensed M4 the first thing I did was Not remove the carry handle it was get rid of that blasted A2 pistol gri. I'd rather hold a jellyfish in my hand over that pistol grip, it would hurt less. Warning Do Not attempt to hold a jellyfish. I know you kids today do dumb things.

Inner barrel length doesn't really determain accuracy. It determines range and helps with fps consistency.

@Ben Watkinson thats what I was told by a talented tech. A clean quality barrel helps with accuracy absolutely but length doesn't have much to do with accuracy. A well done and sealed hopup bucking is where you get most of your accuracy from. Simple example of this is a VFC Fighter with a 12" inner barrel and a good flat/R-hop job will beat out a G&G C7 with its 20" barrel and standard hop for accuracy. The advantage the G&G has is that with its barrel length, if you were to put similar internals (minus hop and barrel) it would likely have more range and fps consistency. But something like a good 12" prommy barrel on a fixed hop will give better accuracy then a stock G&G 20" on a fixed hop with identical internals. Thats because the prommy 12" is smoother and cleaner cut as well as tighter then the G&G 20". Again has little to do with length. Range doesnt equal accuracy so saying "I can hit something further away then you" is moot. We are talking grouping.

I heard from a dude who regularly did obscure absurd teching that there isn't any gain past about 440mm in an airsoft barrel. This wasn't an airsoft Einstein, he was more of a crazy Tesla. Nice dude but ha had an old KWA MP7 that shot 550 fps, before polarstar was a thing. I wouldn't be surprised if the crazy guy found a way to run co2 out of the old madbull co2 chargers people used for 40mm grenades. He said back then the range was all in the hopup, as hicapa barrels could get 200 foot range.

Now I am not a tech, never have been, but the way he said it wasn't boasting but just as matter of fact as it could be.

Now this old timer is gonna go dig up my old kwa 2gx m4

Like he never fielded his dangerous stuff (obviously)but he liked shooting the breeze with people and his stuff was always a conversation starter. His English wasn't the best, I think teching and airsoft just gave him an in with a friend group.

Im sorry but you cant call this a quick change spring if you still have to disassemble 80% of the rifle, its not hard to do it there are plenty of other manufacturers that do ASG, Specna Arms and even CYMA. EMG not good enough

if you can properly volume the barrel its not bad to go a bit longer, but with modern hop-up and buckings along with good compression parts they don't really matter. also barrel quality is more important then how ling it is.

2:50 :D :D :D I have two of them, they are the perfect risers. You should use a mesh mask, it's really painful when a BB hits you in the mustache. Not to mention that the ACOG's image is obscured by the front sight post without the riser.

I have a 510mm (20") Mad Bull inner barrel that performs very well, but also a 370mm (14.5") Maple Leaf which does even better and then two more around 240mm (9.4") that do almost as well as the 510. I think it depends very much on the hop-up chamber/bucking, one of those short ones is in a P90 and until I bought a TM chamber and a G&G green bucking it shot like crap.
