1... He didn't fucking "Mag Dump" a little kid. Putting that in there is a grab for views and makes people target airsoft as a sport that needs to be age restricted and even more so regulated...
2... The Ref should have been watching. But- All he did was react in a destructive manner to a sound he ties to rule breaking in a CQC Field. When reffing, you need to be keeping watch for everything going on.

In an ideal world the marshal should have seen it and sent those guys walking maybe even with a sin bin, but unfortunately he didn’t. In a situation where there’s a lot of hot contact like that some of his colleagues should have been there on site with him to cover the angles.
But seriously sometimes you’ve got to take it on the chin and accept that sometimes in the heat of the moment you get to occasional iron man, it’s wrong I know but the blood gets up and you honestly don’t react the way you should. But lighting them up was a no no, if anything he should have brought this to the refs attention and let them know that there was some none hit taking going on. It’s a tough pill to swallow but the for the good of the game sometimes we need to be the bigger man in situations like this.

I usually shoot till I see hands but if I tap them once and they don’t call it you can just go off the field and talk to a ref instead of over shooting them, like a decent human being. Its just a game people stop getting so mad, jesus.

If it were me I’d keep shooting at them within the rules until they all called. Yes I’ve gotten pissed I’ve gotten overkilled but when you lose your cool you lose.
At the end of the day this situation happened extremely fast and it happened behind them. That’s a formula for a very confusing situation. Yeah sure you can be upset...but go to the ref after the game, show him the video. It’s there job to do the right thing you’re no fucking judge Dredd. The full auto was completely out of line. Good on the ref for getting his ass off the field.
Thats why you aim for the head when this happens. Not for hurting people but if they dont call it / dont feel it, make sure they can.

Me being a speedsofter myself, I have had multiple encounters with outrageous cheating. But one of the main parts of airsoft that is glossed over is the ability to control your temper. If you are playing airsoft and you start to get annoyed do one of these things: Take a break, have a drink, eat some food, talk to a marshal. However, under any circumstances, DO NOT confront any players, or overshoot or become physical, as it just ruins everyone's day. Learn to take yourself away from an environment that is making you angry, before you learn how to shoot ambidextrous or reload hella fast.
Or single fire only but no fucking trigget spams so its like full auto again. (But thats hard to enforce during a game...)

If you actually watch the video though, several players do call the hit, it just takes a second to register (there are two who don't call it, but several others do).
If people cheat, you talk to the ref, you don't break more rules and act like it's justified.
