Holy shrapnel Nicco! It looks like you sprained the Ankle pretty bad. I do hope you heal up well. Keep alternating between hot and cold, to reduce the swelling and help speed up muscle repair. way to stay in the fight by helping spot targets for the team. Please get better soon. You know in your intro you have that black fabric over your mouth? I see a lot of cqb players use that but would it save your teeth from a sniper shot? I've never risked using anything other than mesh masks

Hey man, I'm the guy that roomed with you and got you the ankle brace. Glad to hear that its recovering well. You want to take it easy on you ankle for another few weeks, a rolled ankle will hurt for awhile and once it heal you will need to stretch it to get the flexibility back. Trust me I rolled mine last year, anyway glad to see it's doing well
